Summary of the KVKK Information Notice
The Ministry of Labour and Social Security of the Republic of Türkiye, in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), collects, processes, stores, and, when necessary, shares your personal data with authorised institutions both within Türkiye and abroad in compliance with legal regulations.
Personal data is collected under various categories, including identity, contact details, financial information, professional experience, personnel records, legal transactions, security, biometric data, and health information. These data are processed for the purposes of service delivery, fulfilling legal obligations, human resources management, auditing, reporting, and security.
Your data may be transferred domestically to solution partners, public institutions, and private organisations for legal reasons or in line with the objectives specified by the Ministry. International transfers are made in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.
According to Article 11 of the KVKK, data subjects have several rights, such as learning about processed data, requesting corrections or deletion, querying transfers to third parties, and demanding compensation in case of incorrect processing.
